Rosenstein elder flower syrup straight from the Farm.
A 2-hectare elderberry plantation provides the flower from which the syrup is made.
The elderflower syrup is made using soaking technique, then filtered and stored in containers, just as winemakers make wine.
The syrups in the tanks are perfectly clean, so a completely homogeneous syrup can be made.
