Our coffee is a selectively hand-harvested and then sorted by grain size, made up of the jointly processed fruit of small producers living in the Caparao region of Brazil.

In addition to the Yellow and Red Catuai varieties, the taste profile of our coffee is further colored by the combination of different processing methods (dry, semi-dry and anaerobic dry).
